This privacy notice explains how Cloud Roam Review approaches personal data in connection with this static informational website. It is written for readers in and outside the European Economic Area. It is not a substitute for specific legal advice. The website is a general-information publication; it does not operate customer accounts, sell connectivity plans or process payments for mobile services.

Cloud Roam Review can be contacted at [email protected]. The website uses a visible email address for contact. The contact form presented on the Contact page is nonfunctional and does not send, store or process messages. If you choose to email us, the content of your email, your email address and the information you voluntarily include may be received in the normal operation of email.
Information we may process
If you contact the publication by email, we may process your name, email address, message content, attachments you choose to send and related correspondence. Do not include passwords, payment data, eSIM activation codes, account credentials, government identification or other sensitive information. The website does not ask for this information and does not need it to answer a general editorial enquiry.
A standard web host or content-delivery service may process technical information when a page is requested, such as IP address, browser type, requested resource, approximate time and diagnostic logs. This information may be necessary to deliver the website securely and diagnose service issues. Cloud Roam Review does not claim that this static site provides anonymous access in all circumstances; ordinary internet delivery involves technical processing.
Purposes and lawful basis
Where GDPR applies, email correspondence may be processed to respond to a request, to take steps at your request before a possible editorial exchange, or for legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the publication. Technical logs may be processed for legitimate interests in keeping the site available, preventing abuse and resolving faults. If a future optional feature requires consent, the feature should explain that request at the point of collection. This site does not ask visitors to consent to a nonfunctional form.
Cookies and local storage
The site does not intentionally set advertising or profiling cookies. It uses browser local storage for the optional colour-theme preference so that a reader’s dark or light selection can persist on the same browser. That preference stays in the browser unless the reader clears it. Third-party services used to deliver fonts or externally hosted images may have their own technical processing practices; readers should review those services’ policies if relevant. We do not represent such third parties as our processors or make claims about their current practices.
Analytics
Cloud Roam Review does not intentionally deploy a proprietary visitor-analytics script in these static pages. Hosting infrastructure may retain standard technical logs described above. If analytics are added in the future, this notice should be updated to identify the purpose, data categories, legal basis, retention approach and available choices before relying on that processing.
Retention
Email correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry, maintain an editorial record, meet applicable legal obligations or resolve a dispute. Technical logs are retained according to the operational practices of the relevant hosting environment and should not be treated as a permanent editorial database. We do not promise a fixed retention period where the underlying technical service may change.
Sharing and international transfers
Information may be available to service providers involved in normal email delivery or website hosting, subject to their own arrangements and legal obligations. Cloud Roam Review does not sell personal information. Internet services can involve processing outside the reader’s country; where GDPR rules apply, appropriate safeguards may be required for a particular provider. A reader should not send sensitive information to a general editorial email address.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, individuals may have rights to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability in relation to personal data, and may withdraw consent where consent is the relevant basis.
